With its robust, aluminium profile and thick, insulating core, the AlluGuard 77 is our most-popular roller garage door. Available in a huge choice of colours, the 77 can span widths up to 5.2 metres wide and thanks to its minimal design, it requires just 300mm of headroom. Doors can also be customised with either a half or full box to conceal the roll partially or fully.
Boasting the same design structure as the 77, the AlluGuard 55 uses much smaller slats, allowing it to roll into an even tighter coil. The compact design makes it a suitable option for almost any opening. It can span widths up to 3 metres and requires just 205mm of headroom. The 55 is supplied with a half box as standard, with the option to upgrade to a full box.
The powerful motor secures the door when closed and an innovative locking strap prevents the curtain from being lifted. Heavy-duty guides and an extruded aluminium bottom slat are also combined to resist forced break-ins.
The AlluGuard slats are filled with a CFC-free, polyurethane foam which provides thermal and acoustic insulation. A high-performance weather seal provides further protection against the elements.
AlluGuard Roller Garage Doors are recognised for their smart, compact design. The door opens vertically, rolling into a neat coil above the opening. This maximises space both inside and outside the garage.

AlluGuard switch-operated garage doors are a good value option, ideally suited when the garage is accessed using an internal door or is not regularly used on a day-to-day basis. They can be controlled with an indoor rocker switch or an external key switch. Alternatively, the Genesis control unit enables you to easily wire in up to 2 additional switch controls.
Important: This option is only available when the hold-to-run control is in direct sight of the door.
